i cant seem to log on to the cpanel, visit my site, or go to the ftp what seems to be the problem my site is hyperfluddmedia.com and my subdomain is hfm.x10hosting.com

You should be able to login to cPanel using http://absolut.x10hosting.com/cpanel and absolut.x10hosting.com for the ftp server.
