Server keep going down?

Is it me or does the server constantly keep going down? I'm unable to access my website and when I can its only for several seconds.

Has this been happening alot lately?

yep i got the same problem all i can do is be petient cpanels are down to

Cpanel has been working fine for me all day. My site, however, goes up and down in intervals. Hopefully waiting will get it all fixed.
