server loading

my site is very slow, and i can't install worpress componen, like plugin, themes, and upgrade automaticaly.
it always stoped in the midle of process. my connection is fine.. i can play you tube very good, and other site is fine.
please help me and give me the solutions..

There are some issues with MySQL at the moment, which could be causing Wordpress' database connections to time out during installing plugins etc. You'll just have to wait a day or two until it's fixed, then try again.
