Server Names

What does each of them(Stoli, Cossacks etc) mean or refer to? Do they refer to each hosting plan used?

Strangely enough, the server names are named after types of Vodka, if I am not mistaken.

Hmmm... But what I am asking is that whether each server name is for a certain hosting plan like...

Stoli: Corporate Adenhanced
Cossacks: Ad-free...

Or any other purposes like that...

No, some are just ad free and others are ad enhanced.

I asked as I may want to change servers since my current one (Stoli) seems to be unstable... Is that possible?

It is not possible, the only way would be to terminate that account and then have a staff member create the account. At the moment only stoli is accepting new accounts though.
