Yes. They also do come with a SLA uptime guarantee of 99.9%, plus you get some other benefits, and paid plans are still using cPanel and are not planned to be migrated (though an option to chose DirectAdmin may be implemented at some point).
That said, we are aware that there are some DNS related issues with the new server, last I heard higherups was looking into that.
