Server not found

Just signed up. I'm on the Lotus ad-free server.

My site just isn't loading, despite everything being apparently online.

I can only access cpanel by using the server IP.

The site is http://betterbroadband.x10hosting.com and I have yet to see it load without error.

What's going on?

It should be working now. We had some DNS issues affecting new domains.
