is there anyway in which i can host like a server on x10hosting ?

If you mean a game server, you would need a VPS.

oo ok anyway can i somehow use the ip then is given to me to run the server on my own comp o.o

If you are talking about the IP of your free hosting account, that IP is shared among all the users on the server.
