Server Problem

i wanna report that my website goes down for more than 20 times a day which is really very bad.
Its Happening from last 1 month !
Please do something to solve this issue.

Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and Clear your Browser Cache then try again.

okay i'll do that but it does go down for a lot of times in a day !!
Also i would like to tell u that i have an site monitoring service(http://aremysitesup.com/) which mails me whenever my site goes down & then when i try to open the site,, its down !!
So its a server problem basically !!
