Server Provided Not Working

Your site says that my website has been placed on the server: lotusnew
I cannot access this server in any way shape or form.
I can however access the server: lotus
by going to myschoolpro.x10hosting.com:2083 it redirects me to lotus.x10hosting.com:2083 but I cannot log into this page.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried clicking on the "Login to cPanel" button in the account panel? Just go here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, login, and then click on Hosting at the top. You should find that button somewhere on that page. I hope this helps.

If your username and password are not working you can update your password in the account panel.
