Server slow ?

Everytime i try to change somthing on my site it all uploads and ect but when i do a refresh page nothing changed especially my phpBB3 forum changes i make doesnt seem to happen

Try turning off file caching or disabling development mode in the Cachewall in cPanel and see if that helps.

Note: I use Wordpress with W3 Total Cache, the Cachewall and Cloudflare caching stuff and don't have this issue. May be some configuration setting with phpBB.
