Server status prob. website not accesible

Hai,

My website is not accesible. i can login to cpanel accounts and all datas are there. but when i checked server status its showing

httpd (2.2.14(UNIX) FAILED with red color

and

Disk/dev/simfs(/) 100% with red color

please tell me wahts the issue

my website is pallithura.x10hosting.com
