Server Timed Out

Problem:
My site was working properly a few minutes ago. Now it won't load at all, I get server is taking too long to respond. When I try to access Cpanel, it just continues loading, and eventually connects, if at all, but my site doesn't. I've checked my account panel, I'm set to unsuspended. What can I do?

Appache Http Is offline also... ?
