Server transfer request; 'Level' to 'Vox'

Hi, I manage two websites on X10Hosting, one on the Vox server, and one on the Level server. I recently acquired the one on the Level server, and I have noticed a severe drop in overall website performance (e.g. load speed) compared to Vox, and it is definitely not the website itself.
Is it possible for the website on Level to get transfered to the much better Vox server? Thanks.
Note: I am having trouble with forum accounts and I am unable to post this from the account for the Level website, so I have provided proof on the website itself.

Unfortunately at this time we don't have a way to do server transfers; you can try having the account terminated and re-create it, but there's no guarantee it would end up on a new server.

Edit: side note, Level looks to have been under a fair amount of abuse not too long ago; that's not uncommon for any of the free servers, including Vox, but we do work to reduce it as fast as possible.
