how long will the server transfer take?

My Site is down since tuesday. No kind of information is given to me. Thats not Professional.

x10Hosting provides web page hosting. x10Hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by x10Hosting when x10Hosting decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise. Currently x10hosting only accepts sites that are in English, Spanish, or French.

If you provide a English copy of the site that is fine.
