Server Unable to Connect

My site has some issues loading. I don't know, maybe I'm being blocked by the firewall, but I don't think so. Last night, my website was working fine, but now, it fails to load.It's been doing this ever since the server moved.

Yes, I've tried accessing the cPanel, no luck.
This is what my account info says about the server status (I have Ad-free):

What loading issues are you talking about? I can access your site fine, but i get the contents of the directory instead of an index page, but i can also access your forums...

I haven't set up an index page yet.

And the loading issue I'm getting comes up with this (Firefox):

Firefox can't find the server at warcats.exofire.net.

* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Maybe it's blocking my IP or something...

OCRig works. NinjaProxy isn't working for me (as much as I admire ninjas). Everything you've mentioned in your guide works wonderfully. You're brilliant.
