Server Unreliable

The server keeps shutting down on me and sometimes the graphics won't load. What is up with this?

What server are you on?
With free servers, the load can reach a point where it is unstable for a period of time. I think Cossacks has been having some problems today.

Can you provide us with some more specific details? What times have you noticed this? How long has the server been doing this? What services have not worked (httpd, email, ftpd, etc.?)
