Server up, account unsuspended, site inaccessible

My account status is: unsuspended & under Server status, all is running, but the site http://www.simba.x10hosting.com/ is inaccessible.
A friend's site though, is up so I know it's not a general problem.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.simba.x10hosting.com.

What could be up?
