Server work?

I'm trying to code something and the server seems to be down. The cPanel backend works fine, but I refresh my page being hosted and keep getting a "Problem loading page" in firefox . . .

That file is not a functioning program. I uploaded it from a friends house to investigate it later and never removed it. Please remove the file and unsuspend my account. Thanks.

Working or not, it's a breach of our terms of service, the account will not be un-suspended. Whether you uploaded it from a friends house, or someone else uploaded it, you're still responsible for all data on your account.
