Server: x13.x10hosting.com DNS not propagating my domain bahr.x10.bz

It has been one month!! FTP working on x13, but new content not propagated. Cannot access direct admin OR cPanel - get this error:

The domain resolves properly to x13 for me. Are you using x13.x10hosting.com as your ftp host?

Assuming you post from the same IP as you try to login to the server with I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to, the IP is not blocked in firewall.

I have heard from other users that DirectAdmin may not work properly with all browsers, do you have an option to try a different one?

My website works well now. Could you tell me how to log into DirectAdmin directly. https://x10hosting.com/sso/main sends me to cPanel which tries to redirect which doesn't work).

Both websites work fine for me, i dont know about the ftp or email.
but it looks like your IP was blocked for failed logins.
(only staff can help with that)

as for the login with cpanel, try using https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
with your forum credentials, the sso login page is not yet working properly.
but if you were blocked you may need to wait for staff to unblock you.

Found your IP in the firewall due to too many Failed FTP login. I have unblocked your IP.

As spacresx said, direct login would be at: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
If that fails you please only try once as that would mean your password likely is messed up and I'd need to set you a new one on the server itself as it doesn't sync the passwords between directadmin and the sso login yet.

The sso works perfectly fine for a majority of users, only a handful so far has had a mismatching password that required action. If there is a mismatch it could be due to the password getting jumbled up in the transfer at which point direct login won't work either as user would likely not have the correct password available.

Main reason I ask some to try the direct login is to actually determin if there is a mismatch or if there is something else in play.
Also it is not a guarantee that the forum username is the same as the hosting username, for many it is but far from all, especially older accounts may have totally different names on those, and only the hosting username (as seen under Quick FTP) will work.
