[Server x14] DirectAdmin shows “Failed to load databases list” (Oct 21, 2025, UTC+7)

Since today (Oct 21, 2025, UTC+7) DirectAdmin shows:

• Internal Error — Failed to load databases list
• Internal Error — Failed to get information about database running on the server

Could you please check MySQL/DirectAdmin on node x14?
(I’ll attach a screenshot from the Databases page in DirectAdmin.)

It seems like there’s an issue with the MySQL service on your server. I recommend reaching out to the support team for x10hosting to resolve this. They should be able to check the server status and fix the database errors.
