Hello!
My cpanel loads very hard, and the ftp connection to. I have another site on another x10hosting server and everything works perfect, no hard loading! It's a server problem? Tanks.

What do you mean by "loading hard"?
Also, only one hosting account is allowed per person.

The second account it is my brother!
By loading hard I mean that it takes over 1min to show my the tabs in cpanel, and on the other account it takes a few secons. The same when I try to connect to ftp, or in cpanel file manager, I need to reload the page several times until it shows me the files on server.

The free hosting servers have a lot of accounts and this can cause some occasional lags or slow downs. Also, there is a lot of maintenance going on at the present time which can also temporarily affect the servers performance.

It's not about the server performance because the site works fine, it's about the fact that I need more that 5min to enter cpanel, and from there it's a headache to reach file manager or any other tabs, and I have an high internet bandwidth.

This can be due to ongoing maintainance .
