servers down AGAIN

the server is down (AGAIN) and these forums are really slow. Is there anything like.. upgrade going on in which i needed to make a backup again? and if there is some retard running a huge PHP loop script, can you find him and tell him he's screwing up the entire server?

and its annoying because civilr was in the middle of installing the IP Arcade into my forum so thats prob buggered him up doing that

I'm going to start watching for account's that are using a lot of resources. Every time I get on I see that the server is currently down or has been down a lot. It's not good for the hosting business. :-/
