When I go to x10hosting.com/forums, I see icons for each forum that are highlighted if there are new posts. It would be great if you could find some way to also highlight the icon next to the Service Alerts link in the same way if there are new alerts that I've not yet read. I don't always read the service alerts when I go into the forums because they can go for weeks at a time without anything new being added. It would be nice to know when an important alert has been published.

Unfortunately this might be difficult to accomplish, since the "Service Alerts" button is just a link to http://status.x10hosting.com/
