Hello, i cant install Wordpress anymore, it does not function although it shows that it is installed. The following error is shown on my homepage:

"Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
Please check that the mysqli PHP extension is installed and enabled.
If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress support forums."

i already disabled and enabled mysqli and it did not help.

can someone please delete my service, so that i can create a new free service on my account ?

This issue can generally be resolved without having to delete the service and re-create.

Can you also create a test file for now on your website called phpinfo.php with the following content of the file:

PHP:
<?php
phpinfo();
?>

I am also bringing this to staff attention so that they can access it and assist to get it resolved.

Hello,

I can see your WordPress site loading on our end indicating that the module is loaded at this time now.
