Hi, I have been user of x10hosting for almost 6 months and everything has worked almost perfect.

However, this past days, my hosting service hasn't been working. I can actually acces de cPanel and log in into x10hosting, but when I try to open the webpage, there is no response at all.

I hope someone could explain me why this is happening so I can fix it.

Regards, Dan Stern

Hi, Its been around 1 week since the last post.

Anyways my webpage it still not working. I cant acces tuu.x10hosting.com (my web domain) and i cant acces my database from other pages. I can acces through the cPanel, but the changes made to the database from one week to now have been reversed (all the new tables created and the contents within them).

Therefor i have some question.

The first of all is if its normal i cant still acces the web page.
Also if the changes i made to the DB and that now dont appear, will appear soon
and at last i want to know if its notmal i cant acces my DB through other webpages.

Thanks

The files on the server have been moved but the server is not completely configured.

You should be able to access your site via

http://borunew.x10hosting.com/~dstern/

BUT, PHP is not working, so any calls to abcdef.php will result in serving up the files raw, as a download. Hence accessing your data via a php script is not possible.

As to the data in the database, during the migration, often there were two sets of files. Which set you accessed depended on how you accessed cPanel. If you changed/updated the "old" set, you would not see them now.
