Service problems

Good evening.

I have an active (basic) service which required me to pay to renew that service which i do not need anymore

I just wanted to deactivate / delete the service but there is no option to do so and it is useless to not connect to the account / hosting panel for more than 45 days

It just do not deactivate itself.

I am wondering how the whole thing works and why do not provide a simple cancellation button.

Anyway since i had to pay the thing i wish i could use my free domain again which i unfortunately deleted in hope to close the active service

If it is not possible to recover the domain it is not a problem just help me deactivate the service then so next year it won't ask for money again automagically

It's me again.

I managed to restore deleted domain myself thanks to the Acronis backup which is a good thing the platform does every day.
Now i will use the domain for the whole year which is good
but in case i want to disable the automatic renew of the service, i still wandering how to do it
