Service Restoration Request

I logged into my account’s hosting control panel today and the service was listed as terminated. Although I had been logging into my account every 30 days as required to keep it active, it appears I may have missed my monthly logins for January and/or February of this year.

Is there any way my account can be restored at this time? I have been a user for over 10 years and greatly appreciate your free hosting service.

I would request if possible in the future try and reach out sooner as the backups we create sometimes are rotated within 30 days after termination ( a full 3 months after the first email/suspension

Also please note your last login was 12/23. ( So you did indeed miss Jan and feb)

Excellent day ! at this day 12/August/2024 i have the same situation, my web service was terminated one week ago (August 05) because no logins in the last month after inactivity suspend, please can you restore the service ? X10 Hosting is the best service for free hosting !

I am in the same situation also. my web service was terminated on August 06 2024 (exactly two weeks ago). I read the emails just now and I was unable to login in time because I was away from wi-fi for some time . Can you restore the service for me please?
