Service Unavailable and no images in cPanel

I am getting the same error as many for Service Unavailable as many of the rest. My site also started having issues with Virtual memory starting around Thursday July 25, 2019. There were no changes to my site before the problems began.

While you are working on this problem perhaps you can also find out what's up with the ongoing problem with the images in cPanel not being displayed. It makes it hard to use. https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-has-no-images.205665/

Now I am receiving a 500 Internal Server Error. I tried a new installation of joomla but still nothing.

I'm still receiving a 500 error instead of 503 now.

I'm still receiving a 500 error. It's been over a week. I've tried new installs of Joomla and old backups but I am still getting 500 Internal Server Error. That's all the information I can seem to get out of it.
