i cant access anything... cant access the website.. the cpanel.. ftp...

Try clearing all temporary files, cookies and flush your DNS and then access your site.

already did that.. but that cant be the problem.. cuz cant even access the ftp...

but you are right.. my friends are able to open the website... i dont understand...
already tryed with other browser.. and nothing...

I am guessing router issues. I can change the dns if it doesn't clear up for you.
