Well best thing to do I would say is download shoutcast which you can download here.

http://shoutcast.com

And then download the shoutcast plugin for winamp.

Another choice to download the program jetaudio which comes with a radio broadcaster already. I really don't know about any others besides these.

Sorry.

Shoutcast is the best solution not much work needet just keep ur head on playing GOOD songs and knowing what you play instead of playing some CS and trying to game.
Its beeing bored and listening whyle chatting on IRC.
(Ive been DJ for like 6 rough month's and managed to get arround 120 ~167 listeners)

The server is setup to the port so you only need the link of http:// <ip/domain>:<port where the server is setup>

And people with winamp could listen to it :)
If you need help pm me ur msn then il do my best.

After you got your details (http://<ip>:8000) is suggest you to register to no-ip (it's free) and change your URL with something like:

myradio.servemp3.com or anything else...

So if you're your own server and act as a DJ, it's the best way to hide your IP!

Also, i hope that you have a lot of bandwith ;)

Meaning that by using that sofware,
We are the DJ master?
Shoutcast is build out of 2 parts.

-The Server*
-The Client*

The server is setup with a login and password for admin.
And for the DJ's (There is a possibility to do multiple logins and passwords.) If the server has a public one then you can simply login with the client (Plugin for winamp)
And then you just play you're music and do what ever you want (open much brandwich as possible for the best quality and delay will be shorter*)
For the server its the best at 50mbit or higher* there can listen atleast 120 people at it at 93% of the full quality. (Or more)

At 10 mbit its the best for MAX 75 people it would be arround 90% quality (or more)
But still its depending on the brandwich of the server!

The more upstream the DJ & Server has the better the quality.

And its wise to pick ur own DJ's becouse it can be a big big big mess some times i had befor trance and rock playing together* that was NOT a good idea, When i stopped DJing some one played trance people leaved it inmedietly*
Pick wisely you're genre and dont skip songs if you dont like them!

Heres the optimal setup:
Get shell/ssh access to a server with a good connection. Upload the shoutcast server script to it and run it from the shell using the nohup & command. Then get the Shoutcast DJ plugin for winamp or use a more complex DJing application like SAM Broadcaster and use it to connect and stream to the server.

I've been messing around with running one for myself: http://jimcast.us.to:8000/

i suggest that you use SAM broadcaster, it is very easy to use, and its more efficient
