Setting up a .co.cc domain?

So, I'm trying to set up a .co.cc domain...

I typed ns1.x10hosting.com for nameserver 1 and ns2.x10hosting.com for nameserver 2...

But how do I register it in cPanel or how ever you do it?

I'm a little stuck...
