How do I get it to point to my website?

I would use the nameservers instead:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I entered both the NameServer and Zone Record. Is that ok? Anyways, your zone record should look like this:

Host: yourdomain.co.cc
TTL: 1D
Type: A
Value: your shared ip address on your cPanel

Add another one(for the www to work):
Host: www
TTL: 1D
Type: CNAME
Value: yourdomain.co.cc
