Okay now i have my C-panel login fixed.

The C-panel looks great!

So now im guessing if i want to set up a forum site with php i have to download the php script...

Am i right?

Then do i upload it to the FTP part?

Yes. Provided you find a php forum you like. Just use your domain name url as the ftp name and port 21. Log into the ftp using your cPanel user name and password.

You will ftp the files to your public_html folder.

I have just noticed that your account is not showing on the cPanel popup. What is your cPanel name so i can link your accounts.

I would recommend phpBB3 as a good Forum.

There are lots of different themes available to customise the look, and the installation and administration is fairly simple, (I got my Forum up in about 10 minutes, ok it took a little longer to set-up as there are a lot of options, but everything is arranged nicely)
