Setting up site with ftp info

I'm using ftp software to publish my site and I need
FTP Site name - is this my site or X10?
FTP Host address
FTP Host Port
FTP Directory
FTP Username
FTP Password

I use Filezilla.
Host: vox.x10hosting.com (Server name)
Username: my cPanel username
Password: my cPanel password
Port: 21
Remote Directory: /public_html
Filezilla does not have a setting for "Site Name"

Above is the info I need. Those settings didn't work. For the password Ii used what I use to log in. I appreciate the help!

Sorry if I was not clear in my instructions.
You are not on vox.x10hosting.com
You have to use the name of the server that your site is on.
You are on level.x10hosting.com

It looked like it was going to work - got all the way through uploading and then I got this message -
Error uploading 'c:\users\owner\appdata\local\temp\~tl170f\TlxTransfer.txt' to '/public_html/TlxTransfer.txt' on FTP Server at 198.91.81.3.
500 ?

Any idea what that could mean?
