Hello,
Where do I enter my html code to set up my site?

You can do this through cPanel: http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/
Login with your cPanel username/password you selected during signup.
Click on File Manager. Navigate to public_html or www.
From here, you can create an html file at the top and edit it using a web editor.

You can also edit your files through FTP.
