Hi there,
keep getting this error message,
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I\'ve tried deleting everything on the public_html section even all the .(dot) files, and this hasn\'t work at all is there anyway of getting my account reset to its original setting when i first signed up

Thanks

Hello there!
Set permissions of folders inside public_html to 755 and that of files inside public_html to 644.
Also, set permissions of public_html to 750.

Hello,

Please post the contents of your htaccess file. An account reset will not help. The issue is likely with one of your files.

Currently dealing with this on IRC. Will update when finished.

Edit:
No solution found. Been through htaccess routine, file permissions look okay. Maybe someone else can shed some light. May be something I've missed.

Edit again:
Looking at a CHMOD issue.

Edit again again:
Fixed. Thread closed.
