Several Issues after upgrade

I have came across while i accessed my hosting account

Fantastico Installer not found in cpanel.
SQL not accessible by external scripts.
Error showing while creating subdomains.

Please suggest solutions for the above problems.

1. Noted and passed on to Staff. Fantastico is available on at least one of the new servers, but not yours at the moment. It should be fixed shortly.

2. Remote access to x10hosting MySQL server was not enabled before.

3. What error message to you get? I do see a blog.yyyyyy subdomain on your account that seems to function (contains a wordpress.zip file at the moment).

For SQL I doesn't meant remote access. it means while we install thirdparty scripts like wordpress. it shows database error. (http://blog.anish.co.in/tech/wp-admin/install.php)

While creating or modifying subdomains it shows

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully synchronized with Jackmunch. Array ( [0] => [1] => Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /jackmunch/bin/resources/data.inc.php on line 7 )

Please give me a solution
