Several Weeks And No Responds From x10!

I submitted an application for a downgrade in php version several weeks ago and I still haven't received any response from x10.

This is a downgrade people, I don't think there's any thought to put into it, just a simple "Yes we will accept your application to downgrade your php version!" Everyone's happy, I'm using a safer php version.

I need to downgrade!

You can just keep the version you have now, 99% of scripts can't run on the Basic version.

I want basic configuration. The intermediate is what's causing a problem with my script.

How is it causing problems with your script? Can you provide some details on the problems.

The said named script is a Joomla extension. It worked before I upgraded to the intermediate version. After I upgraded to the intermediate version it did not work.

That's the problem.

In Joomla back-end, before the upgrade to intermediate I was able to access the global config of RSGallery2.

After the upgrade, all I see when I click on RSGallery2 Global Config is a blank white page.

Have you tried clearing your cache and flushing your DNS ?

Are you sure? It doesn't say pending, it's been over 6 hours, it just says that I still have intermediate version.
