SFTP not working on x10hosting?

Hello, my problem is that I cannot connect through SFTP or any similar security option, and with any FTP client. With plain FTP everything is fine, but now that I am going to be making serious use of your hosting service, I thought maybe SFTP is much more wise?
Is it only me having the problem? Am I missing something, or are the x10hosting servers not configured for SFTP connection?
