shared ssl certificate

Hi, I signed up yesterday. On the hosting page it said that you get a shared ssl. How can I get that to work on my account?

Hello, there are currently known issues with Shared SSL due to our server issues. Shared SSL if not already working, will be restored when the server moves are completed.

ftp

The ssl is not working. My main problem now is that on the ftp it fails the upload and says connection timed out. Or it will upload a few files and then do that.
