shell access with ssh

Hi,
I use FuelPHP for my website and in this framework php we have "oil" an executable for scaffolding and generate entire part of website and database.
But I do not have access shell access and I can not use all of my framework.

In what way I can get access of shell with ssh ?

There is no shell access for the Free Hosting Accounts. No exceptions.

To add, you would need x10Premium or x10VPS if you want shell/SSH access, it is not available on Prime/Illuminated either (You can find links in my signature).
