Shell access

I would like shell access in order to execute scripts. i.e. python chat server, and set up some cronjobs

Shell access is not granted on the Free servers for any reason.

I also want to point out CronJobs can be set up via cPanel (keep the 5 minute limit from the TOS in mind), and the python chat server would violate the Script Hosting section of the TOS. Python is not enabled on free anyways though.
