I am trying to set up a Minecraft server with X10Hosting and when I try to connect, it says this:

I also want to quick add that our Free, Prime, Illuminated, and Premium hosting services can ONLY be used to host websites. If you're interested in running a Minecraft server, I would recommend looking into a VPS ( x10vps.com ). There's no free VPS at the moment, however with the amount of resources that a Minecraft server requires to run (particularly when users are logged on, as it tends to be a CPU and RAM hog), this should come as no surprise.
