Should my site still be migrating?

My site is carbon.x10hosting.com and it has been unavailable due to "migration" for weeks now. I was just wondering when it might be expected to be back online.

Well, it seems that they are trying to sort out some problems on that server so I am guessing it should be online once the problems are fixed.
