i was wondering if there's a show box like this one for phpbb3.2.

other then for vB,
if not could someone give me a pbpbb3 shout box??

There's an AJAX powered shoutbox here: https://blueimp.net/ajax/
It allows integration with a range of forum software, including PhpBB3.

You'll most likely find some shoutbox mods specifically for use with PhpBB on Google, too. I don't use this software though, so I don't know of any myself.
