Shoutbox in website

this is my website, mgunz.x10.bz/Upload
2 questions,
1. why does the shoutbox come up as a link and when you click on it, it opens a new website. how can i fix that, so it would show on top of page.
2. how can i change website from mgunz.x10.bz/Upload to mgunz.x10.bz/forums

Just rename your "Upload" folder and call it "forums" doesn't work ?

Just rename the directory to change the URL.

when i change the "Upload file" and change it to forums, it does it, but when i click on login, and actually login, it takes me back to /Upload..
