showing "406 Not Acceptable"

when i try to access my site manups.co.cc from my pc (218.248.68.63) the following page is displayed, i'm able to visit my site when my PC gets another IP.

ie: when my IP is 218.248.68.63 http://www.manups.co.cc will show the 406 error, but http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://www.manups.co.cc

will load the page without any error

how can i solve this problem
