I can no longer access my website because of Bandwidth limitation.
I wanted to know how much bandwidth is Actually associated with my Free hosting account and does this include FTP transfers too...?

What are you running on your site to use up that much bandwidth? Since you have an older account I am unsure how much you have, you should be able to see it in your cPanel, the newer plans come with unlimited bandwidth.

Just to add to this, cPanel's bandwidth display thing was removed. I checked the server itself; the max set on this account plan was 10gb, while it's indicating over 64gb has been transferred before the block was put in place.

64GB....??
Well thats amazingly strange
I am not running anything on my server space. Its 100% personal.
Can I get any transfer logs or something from somewhere so that I can analyse what exactly is happening there.

But now I am even able to login into my account any more. It shows

Level (the server you're currently on) is currently offline. We're working on restoring it.
