showing cpanel default page

Hey i published my site using dreamweaver. the problem is that the site is still showing the default cpanel index page. can anyone help me?

It seems you haven't pointed the domain correctly to x10hosting. You've two ways of pointing it:
-By NS/nameservers, which you should point to: ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com
-By A records, which you should point them to: 74.86.240.236

do i need to do both ? also, the account said that the address i should point to is : 74.86.116.190 which i had done before publishing.

You just need to done one of those. It's recommended to point it by pointing the nameservers, but if you want to control other records externally, you can just point the A records. And use the IP I've provided. 74.86.116.190 is the primary IP of your server, but it's not the one your account is using.
