sigh, need more e107 help

after i had my account unsuspended, i uploaded the missing files the CMS needed to run properly. When i tried to access the my site, this is what i get :

CRITICAL_ERROR:
Line : generic, class2.php

Error reported as: [6]: Unable to form a valid connection to mySQL. Please check that your e107_config.php contains the correct information.

Have you changed the database details in the e107_config.php ?

Go into your MySQL area and try removing the MySQL user and re-adding them with all the permissions to your database.

Make sure your config file is using the correct database and database user also.
